Truong has experience in project management and highway design with Central Florida Expressway Authority, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT Districts 1, 4, 5, & 7, and various local municipalities. He has experience in new limited access roadway alignment with interchanges, arterial and interchange widening, minor roadway improvements, roadway intersections improvement and realignment with pedestrian safety enhancements.

Scott is experienced in transportation design, interchange design, roadway design, drainage design and permitting, signing and pavement marking plans, traffic control plans and coordination of utilities. He has been the principal in charge, project manager or the roadway design engineer of record for Design-Build projects, Interchange projects, Limited access projects, major widening, intersection improvements, and RRR projects. His experience includes the preparation of numerous pavement design packages, typical section packages, lane closure calculations, design variation, utility exceptions and design exceptions.

Omar has a signficant amount of highway / roadway experince with Central Florida Expressway Authority, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT Districts 1 and 5. His experience ranges from new Interchange design, Limited access widening, Limited access milling & resurafacing, minor roadway improvements, ERCARs, and roadway intersections improvement/realignment. Omar’s PM experience includes scope evaluation, client’s point of contact, and project production oversight.
